Roac is a minor character featured in The Hobbit. He was a messenger of Thorin Oakenshield during the battle of the Five Armies.

Roac was the son of Carc and lived in Ravenhill.
The Battle of the Five Armies[]
Thorin, in need of more back-up , sends Roac to the Iron Hills for reinforcements. The Raven later returns the next day, with Dáin not far behind.

- Roac is based on the character of the same name from The Hobbit by JRR Tolkien.
- Most of Roac's role goes to Bilbo, who announces the death of Smaug to the other dwarves and warns the dwarves of oncoming arrival of their enemy armies
